Looking for an Apple Store in Dallas? Here’s What to Know (and What to Do Instead)
If you’re searching for an Apple Store in Dallas or just visiting the area and wondering where the closest one is, you're not alone. Whether you need to browse the latest iPhone, get a repair, or shop for accessories, Apple has a limited physical presence in DFW. Here’s what you need to know—and what to check out if you’re already near Frisco.
There Are Only Three Apple Stores in Dallas
As of now, Apple operates just three locations in the greater Dallas area:
- Apple NorthPark Center – One of the busiest stores in DFW, located inside NorthPark Mall in North Dallas.
- Apple Galleria Dallas – Situated in one of the most upscale malls in the region.
- Apple Knox Street – A newer, street-level location just north of downtown Dallas.
If you’re in Frisco, Plano, McKinney, or The Colony, there’s currently no Apple Store nearby. The Stonebriar Centre location permanently closed in 2019.
Wait—Wasn’t There an Apple Store at Stonebriar Mall?
Yes, there was. But Apple closed its Stonebriar Centre location in April 2019. Shoppers still ask where it went. For those searching “Apple Store Frisco,” the closure leaves a noticeable gap in North Texas retail.
While You're in Frisco: Visit Import Crate
If you're already in the area and looking for something unique, stop by Import Crate inside Stonebriar Mall. We may not sell phones, but we do carry:
- Rare JDM air fresheners you’ll see in tuned Japanese cars
- Anime posters and original art prints
- Collectible die-cast cars
- Limited-run streetwear for car and anime fans
We're located near LEGO and The North Face, right in the heart of the mall. And every t-shirt purchase comes with a free poster—because we believe shopping should be memorable.
Need Apple Support?
If you’re looking for actual Apple tech support, you can schedule appointments at any of the three Dallas stores or use Apple’s website to start a mail-in repair. But if you’re just in browsing mode or want something interesting to take home, we’ve got you covered.
Sometimes you come to the mall expecting one thing and leave with something better. Drop by Import Crate and see what’s new—we’re not Apple, but we’re something you won’t forget.
