Objective: As a Brand Ambassador, your role is to authentically promote Import Crate, drive traffic, and generate sales through your unique influence in the car and JDM community. This guide outlines your responsibilities, the resources available to you, and the performance expectations of being a key part of the Import Crate team.

Be a True Advocate: As a Brand Ambassador, we ask that you embody the Import Crate brand authentically. Use our products consistently and showcase them in a way that resonates with your followers.

Social Media Platforms: You should have active profiles on Instagram, Facebook, or

TikTok, with Instagram as a primary platform for engaging Import Crate’s audience.

Frequency of Posts: Minimum of 4 posts per month that highlight Import Crate products, plus regular story updates (2–3 times a week) sharing product use, announcements, or event promotions.

Engagement with Import Crate: Engage with Import Crate’s posts by liking, sharing, and commenting. When applicable, tag Import Crate’s account in posts and stories, as well as in captions.

Photo & Video Quality: Posts and stories should be clear, well-composed, and align with Import Crate’s aesthetic. Ensure photos show the product clearly and in an authentic setting.

Use of Referral Codes: Use your unique referral code (customized with your Instagram handle) in captions and encourage followers to use it when purchasing from Import Crate’s website. Highlight the code’s benefits (e.g., 10% discount for customers) when appropriate.

Hashtags & Mentions: Include Import Crate’s official hashtags (#ImportCrate) in posts to boost visibility and encourage followers to join the conversation.

Personalized Content: Share authentic experiences and feedback on the products, such as how a particular scent or item fits your lifestyle, car setup, or style.

Content Calendar: You’ll receive a monthly or bi-weekly content calendar with suggested themes and key products to focus on. While creativity is encouraged, adherence to the theme is expected.

Online Sales Only: This Brand Ambassador program is currently valid for online sales only. Ambassadors can refer customers to our website using their unique referral codes to earn commissions on each successful purchase made through the site.

Referral Codes: Each ambassador’s unique referral code is designed for use on the Import Crate website. Remind your audience to enter your code at checkout to receive their discount (10%) and support you as an ambassador.

Online-Exclusive Discount: Customers using an ambassador’s referral code will receive a 10% discount on their online purchase. This discount is not applicable in-store.

Tracking and Commissions: UpPromote will automatically track all referrals, commissions, and payouts for online sales. You can monitor your performance through your affiliate dashboard.

Monthly Sales Target: Aim to achieve a certain number of referrals or revenue generated each month. Targets will be set collaboratively based on each ambassador’s reach and engagement levels.

Tracking & Accountability: Use the affiliate dashboard provided by UpPromote to track your referrals, commission earned, and progress toward monthly targets.

Feedback and Optimization: We’ll provide performance insights and tips each month to help optimize your content and improve results.

Base Commission: You’ll earn a base commission of 20% on each sale made through your unique referral code.

Milestone Bonuses: Earn bonus commissions or rewards for reaching specific sales or referral milestones (e.g., reaching a certain number of sales in a month).

Exclusive Access: As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll have early access to new products, limited-edition releases, and exclusive discounts.

Additional Perks: High-performing ambassadors may receive merchandise, free products, or opportunities to represent Import Crate at car shows and events.

Familiarity with Products: Take the time to understand our product line, especially key details like scent options, pricing, and unique features. This knowledge will allow you to provide accurate information in your posts.

Brand Values: Align with Import Crate’s mission and values in all public communications. We encourage ambassadors to convey Import Crate’s focus on community, car culture, and lifestyle beyond car accessories.

Transparency: Always disclose your ambassador role with Import Crate according to social media guidelines (e.g., #ad, #ImportCrateAmbassador).

Positive Representation: Act as a respectful and professional representative of Import Crate, both online and offline. Avoid posts or behaviors that could reflect negatively on the brand.

Content Approval (if necessary): For specific campaigns or launches, certain posts may require pre-approval. We will communicate when this is necessary.

Monthly Check-Ins: Participate in monthly check-ins (virtual or via email) to discuss your performance, receive feedback, and share any insights or questions.

Content and Metrics Reports: Share monthly summaries of your content’s performance, including reach, engagement, and follower feedback, to help us improve and support your efforts.

Access to UpPromote Dashboard: You’ll have access to a dashboard to track your performance, view your referrals, commissions, and see payout statuses.

Guidance from Import Crate: Our team is here to support you with any questions about products, brand guidelines, or affiliate tracking.

Marketing Assets: We’ll provide marketing assets, such as product images, logos, and brand materials, to help you create visually consistent and engaging content.

If an ambassador consistently fails to meet the guidelines or uphold the brand values, we reserve the right to review and potentially end the partnership.
