Your active CrateOnScene Driver Profile serves as your sponsored-driver identification when visiting Import Crate in person.
Sponsor Decals
Active sponsored drivers can receive official Import Crate sponsorship decals for their vehicle.
Verified Sponsorship Record
Your Import Crate sponsorship appears on your CrateOnScene Driver Profile as part of your visible sponsorship history.
Booth-Car & Event Consideration
Sponsored drivers receive priority consideration when Import Crate is selecting vehicles for booth displays, shows, and other activations.
Sponsored-Car Features
Selected sponsored cars may be featured through Import Crate content, photography, video, event coverage, and future driver programs.
Die-cast cars and certain excluded products are not eligible for the sponsored-driver discount. Event admission, travel, free merchandise, booth placement, and other activation-specific benefits are not guaranteed unless specifically offered by Import Crate.
Your Driver Profile Is Your Driver Passport
Your CrateOnScene Driver Profile does more than show your car. It can also verify your active Import Crate sponsorship.
When you visit Import Crate at an event, convention, pop-up, or other eligible appearance, show our team your Driver Profile. If Import Crate is listed as an active sponsor, your sponsored-driver discount can be applied to eligible products.
No physical membership card or individual discount code is required for in-person verification.
How Import Crate Sponsorship Works
Import Crate uses CrateOnScene to manage the sponsorship process from driver profile through active sponsorship.
A driver is officially sponsored only after Import Crate sends an official sponsorship offer and the sponsorship becomes active through CrateOnScene.
What We Look For
There is no single formula for an Import Crate sponsored car. We evaluate the complete driver and vehicle profile.
Vehicle Presentation
We look for cars that show care, personality, effort, and a clear connection to the enthusiast community.
Participation
Drivers who attend events, shows, meets, and other automotive activities demonstrate real involvement in the scene.

We value drivers who contribute positively to the automotive community rather than simply collecting sponsorship logos.

Professionalism, communication, respect, and how a driver represents themselves all matter.

We consider whether the vehicle, driver, and overall presentation make sense alongside Import Crate and the communities we participate in.
Not Just Followers
Social reach can help, but follower count alone does not determine whether someone receives an Import Crate sponsorship.
What We Expect From Sponsored Drivers
We intentionally keep the baseline expectations simple. Import Crate sponsorship is not a rigid influencer contract requiring a fixed number of posts every month.
Keep Your Profile Current
Maintain reasonably current vehicle information, photos, modifications, and social links on your CrateOnScene Driver Profile.
Represent the Sponsorship Appropriately
When publicly identifying yourself as an Import Crate sponsored driver, represent the brand and community appropriately.
Display Sponsor Identification When Required
Certain sponsored appearances or activations may require official Import Crate sponsor decals or other identification.
Stay Active
The program is designed for drivers who continue participating in the automotive community.
Individual events, booth-car appearances, content projects, or promotional activations may include additional requirements. Those requirements will be communicated separately before the driver accepts the opportunity.
Sponsorship Can Lead to More Opportunities
Standard sponsorship establishes the relationship. Active participation can create opportunities beyond the standard benefits.
Booth-Car Invitations
Import Crate may invite selected sponsored cars to represent the brand at shows, conventions, and special displays.
Event Activations
Selected drivers may participate in special Import Crate activities connected to automotive events and community programs.
Content & Features
Sponsored vehicles may be considered for photography, reels, sponsored-car showcases, interviews, and other content.
Product or Merchandise Support
Some specific activations may include product, merchandise, event support, or other benefits when offered by Import Crate.

CrateOnScene handles the infrastructure behind the sponsorship process: driver profiles, car information, sponsorship applications, event participation, sponsorship offers, and visible sponsorship history.
Import Crate determines the actual sponsorship program, benefits, requirements, driver expectations, discounts, decals, event opportunities, and activations.
Sponsored through CrateOnScene means the platform facilitated and recorded the sponsorship.
Sponsored by Import Crate means Import Crate is the actual sponsor.
