New Era of Sponsorships
Effective November 1, 2025
Import Crate sponsorships are now powered by CrateOnScene, the event platform built for the car scene.
All driver sponsorships are now reviewed and verified through the CrateOnScene DriverSponsorship system, creating a unified process that connects real enthusiasts, real events, and real representation.
There’s no open application form.
Sponsorship consideration is based on verified participation through CrateOnScene.
How It Works
- Register your car for at least one event on CrateOnScene.com.
- Drivers who actively participate in verified CrateOnScene events become eligible for sponsorship consideration by Import Crate and CrateOnScene.
- Approved drivers will be verified through the CrateOnScene DriverSponsorship system and may receive official decal kits and media recognition.
All sponsorships are reviewed — not automatic — and are based on activity, presentation, and alignment with the culture.
Why Attendance Matters
Event participation is what keeps sponsorships authentic.
Drivers who attend verified CrateOnScene events create real-world visibility that sponsors can trust — at meets, shows, and across the culture.
Verified attendance builds credibility, attracts more sponsor opportunities, and ensures that recognition goes to those who actively represent the scene.
Dual Sponsorship Recognition
Drivers approved through this program represent two sponsors — Import Crate and CrateOnScene.
Your car will carry both logos:
- Import Crate, representing your lifestyle and the culture.
- CrateOnScene, representing your commitment to real, organized events in the scene.
Together, they mark you as part of the official network of verified drivers leading the next chapter of the car community.
Official Representation Requirement
Sponsorship through Import Crate × CrateOnScene includes visible representation.
All approved sponsored vehicles are required to display official Import Crate and CrateOnScene driver identification marks as confirmation of verified status within the network.
These marks serve as public recognition that the vehicle has been reviewed, approved, and verified through the CrateOnScene DriverSponsorship system.
Drivers are expected to display both logos while actively representing the program at meets, shows, and related automotive events.
Official representation ensures consistency, credibility, and authenticity across the sponsorship network.
Monetization Opportunities Through CrateOnScene DriverSponsorship Feature
CrateOnScene was designed to make sponsorships transparent, verifiable, and rewarding — for both drivers and vendors.
Through the CrateOnScene DriverSponsorship feature, verified businesses and vendors can sponsor active drivers directly on the platform.
When this happens, the driver receives a portion of the sponsorship fee paid by the vendor, creating a built-in revenue model that rewards participation.
Being sponsored by Import Crate + CrateOnScene builds visibility and credibility, making it easier for drivers to attract additional monetized sponsorships from other vendors within the CrateOnScene ecosystem.
However, it’s important to note that Import Crate + CrateOnScene sponsorships themselves are non-monetary recognitions.
They serve as verified endorsements that elevate a driver’s visibility and reputation — which, in turn, increases their chances of being chosen for future paid sponsorships.
Current Campaign: Open Sponsorship
November–December 2025:
Drivers who register for a verified CrateOnScene event during this period become eligible for sponsorship review by Import Crate + CrateOnScene.
Starting January 2026, sponsorships will require participation in at least 3 verified CrateOnScene events before eligibility for consideration.
Drivers become eligible immediately upon their third verified registration.
What This Means
This isn’t an open invitation — it’s a new standard.
Sponsorship is now earned through verified participation, reviewed selectively by Import Crate and CrateOnScene.
Drivers who attend, represent, and show up for the scene will be the ones who carry both names forward.
