CrateOS is Coming Out of Soft Launch in Texas — Here’s What Organizers Need to Know

For the past few months, CrateOS has been in a soft launch — working closely with a small group of organizers to test our tools, refine our process, and make sure the platform is built for the car scene, not just another event listing site.

Why Listing Early Matters

We only approve up to 5 events per city, per weekend.
This isn’t about limiting the scene — it’s about making sure each event gets the turnout and attention it deserves, without splitting the crowd.

Once you’re approved as an organizer, you can list any upcoming events, even months in advance.
If you post early, your date is locked in and no other event can take your spot for that weekend in your city.
