Import Crate Event Partnerships & Support

As Import Crate and our event platform continue to grow, we’ve refined how we support car events, shows, and organizers.

We no longer accept open or cold sponsorship requests.

Instead, event support is considered through our discovery and evaluation process on CrateOnScene—the platform we use to find, review, and engage with events across the scene.

This ensures alignment, consistency, and meaningful partnerships rather than one-off sponsorships.

How Event Support Works Now

All events considered for any of the following:

  • product giveaways
  • promotional support
  • vending participation
  • long-term collaboration

must first be listed on CrateOnScene.

CrateOnScene is how we:

  • discover events
  • assess organizer consistency and professionalism
  • understand audience fit and scale
  • decide where Import Crate participates or supports

If an event is not listed on CrateOnScene, it will not be considered for sponsorship or support.

What Event Support May Include

Support varies by event and is not guaranteed. When offered, it may include:

  • Import Crate products for giveaways only (not for resale)
  • Promotional collaboration
  • Import Crate vending participation

If Import Crate is invited to vend as part of a partnership, booth fees must be waived.

All supported giveaways must:

  • be clearly announced or labeled as sponsored by Import Crate
  • include Import Crate branding in event promotions or materials

How to Be Considered

We do not review applications submitted directly through Import Crate.

To be considered:

  1. List your event on CrateOnScene
  2. Ensure your listing is accurate, complete, and up to date
  3. Run your event professionally and consistently

Our team reviews events organically through the platform and reaches out only when there is a strong fit.
