CrateOS Help & FAQs

HELP/FAQ

CrateOS is currently in Soft Launch. That means you’re getting early access while we continue building out key features. This version includes the core tools for organizers, drivers, and attendees.

We’re actively improving the platform, fixing bugs, and expanding functionality. CrateOS is fully usable today—and we recommend using it as your primary tool for managing events, driver registrations, and RSVPs.

That said, during soft launch, we suggest keeping a simple backup (such as a spreadsheet or screenshot of your approvals) for added peace of mind while we’re refining the system.

Anyone can RSVP by clicking on an event and selecting “RSVP as Attendee” — no account needed.

If you want to see your RSVP status later, you’ll need to create or confirm your account.

Can I register as a vendor?

Not yet. Vendor support will be added in a future update.

Can I create a private event?

No. All approved events are public at this time. Private event options are coming soon.

Should I use another tool to manage my event?

We recommend using CrateOS as your primary tool for managing driver registrations and attendee RSVPs.
To be safe during soft launch, keep a simple offline backup of key approvals (e.g., a spreadsheet or screenshots) in case you need to reference them day-of.

Can I search for events by city or ZIP code?

Not yet—but that’s part of what’s coming.
As more organizers post meets, we’ll unlock full search and location filtering.
For now, scroll the homepage to see everything that’s listed.
