CrateOnScene (CrateOS) isn’t just another event listing site. It’s a toolkit designed to make car meets and shows run smoother, look more credible, and grow bigger. These are the features that are already live and ready for you to use.
PASS: The Credibility System
Events on CrateOnScene display real data in real time, showing spectators, vendors, and sponsors that your event is legit.
- GridFactor (Drivers): See the count of registered cars and browse thumbnails of approved builds.
- BoothFactor (Vendors): Approved vendors appear with logos and categories, giving your event a professional edge.
- CrowdFactor (Spectators): RSVP counts are shown publicly, proving that people are pulling up.
VendorConnect
- For Organizers: Invite vendors directly and confirm them through your dashboard.
- For Vendors: Show up on event pages with your logo, building credibility with spectators and drivers.
- For Drivers/Spectators (Coming Soon): Browse businesses through VendorConnect Discover — a year-round way to find shops and services in the scene.
DriverConnect
- For Organizers: Expand your lineup by inviting drivers directly.
- For the Public: See registered builds on event pages, complete with thumbnails and driver/car names.
QuickPass
Every registrant — driver, vendor, or spectator — gets a unique QR code for event-day check-in. Scanning is instant, making gates smoother and giving your event a pro feel.
Organizer Profiles
Organizers now have public profile pages, complete with Instagram links and event history. Build a reputation that spectators, vendors, and sponsors can trust.
Vendor Profiles
Vendors also have public profiles, so their businesses look official on CrateOnScene. Each approved vendor profile adds credibility to events they attend.
Spectator RSVP
Spectators can RSVP to events, adding to the CrowdFactor metric. Each RSVP makes the event look stronger — boosting trust and excitement.
Why These Features Matter
Every feature in CrateOnScene is connected. The more you use it — as an organizer, driver, vendor, or spectator — the stronger your event looks, and the more trust you build with the community.
