How We Handle Event Invitations

We regularly hear from organizers interested in having Import Crate participate in their events as a vendor, collaborator, sponsor, or community partner.

Since these requests often begin through different messages and conversations, we use CrateOnScene as our standard process for keeping the event information together and reviewing the details.

How to Send an Invitation

From your event administration page on CrateOnScene, select Invite Vendors. Find Import Crate among the listed businesses and send the invitation from your event.

Don’t see access to vendor invitations?

The Invite Vendors feature is available to eligible CrateOnScene partners. If the feature is locked for your account, follow the contact instructions displayed on the invitation page.
