UGC Driver Upload

You’ve been invited to participate in an Import Crate UGC collaboration featuring your actual car.

Import Crate will create custom artwork based on the vehicle photo you submit. Please review the collaboration requirements and photo guidelines below before completing the form.

What Import Crate Will Provide

  • Custom artwork featuring your actual car
  • One high-resolution digital copy of the finished artwork
  • One printed poster
  • Poster delivery or local handoff coordinated with you after the artwork is complete

What You’ll Provide

Before the artwork is created, you’ll submit:

  • Your contact and current location information
  • Your vehicle year, make, model, and generation or chassis
  • One primary photo showing the exact angle you want illustrated
  • Any additional reference photos that may help the artist

Once the artwork and poster are ready, you’ll participate in reveal content featuring the printed poster with your actual car.

  • For a local handoff, Import Crate may record the poster presentation and reveal with you and your car
  • When a local handoff is not arranged, you’ll provide one clean vertical reveal clip
  • You’ll publish, repost, or accept a collaboration invitation for at least one social media post featuring the artwork and your car
  • Import Crate must be tagged or mentioned in the published post

Reveal Content Guidelines

The reveal may be recorded by Import Crate during a local handoff or recorded by you after receiving the poster.

The footage should:

  • Be recorded vertically
  • Clearly show the printed poster and your actual car together
  • Capture the poster presentation or reveal naturally
  • Be available without music, captions, filters, transitions, or watermarks
  • Use the original video quality whenever possible

Import Crate may create the final edit and invite you as a collaborator. You may also create your own published version in your normal content style.

Choosing Your Primary Photo

Your primary photo determines the exact angle and pose used for the artwork. The artist will work directly from this image, so choose it carefully before submitting.

Your primary photo should:

  • Show the entire car without cropping the wheels, bumpers, or body
  • Be clear, sharp, and well lit
  • Show the car in its current form
  • Have no people or large objects blocking the vehicle
  • Clearly show the wheels, paint or wrap, body parts, and visible modifications

Additional photos are optional and may be used to provide another view of the car or clarify details that are difficult to see in the primary image.

Artwork, Content, and Merchandise Usage

By submitting the form and participating in this collaboration, you authorize Import Crate to create artwork based on your vehicle, submitted photos, vehicle information, driver or build name, and social media username.

You authorize Import Crate to record, edit, reproduce, publish, display, promote, and advertise with the resulting artwork, submitted photos, published collaboration content, and reveal footage. This may include organic social media, paid advertising, websites, email, printed marketing, event displays, and other Import Crate promotional channels.

You also authorize Import Crate to manufacture, advertise, distribute, and sell posters, apparel, accessories, or other merchandise featuring the resulting artwork. Import Crate may crop, resize, recolor, add text or branding, create alternate layouts, and otherwise adapt the artwork for products and marketing.

The complimentary custom artwork, digital copy, printed poster, delivery or shipping, and promotional collaboration are the agreed compensation for these permissions. No royalties, commissions, or additional payments will be owed unless separately agreed to in writing.

Import Crate is not required to produce or sell merchandise featuring every participating vehicle. Product selection, design, pricing, availability, and release decisions remain at Import Crate’s discretion.

By submitting your photos, you confirm that you own the vehicle or have permission from the vehicle owner to participate. You also confirm that you own the submitted photos or have permission to provide them for this project.
