Import Crate × CrateOnScene Car Sponsorship Event at Tokyo X 2026
Import Crate and CrateOnScene are bringing a car sponsorship activation to Tokyo X 2026 in Houston, Texas.
If you are attending Tokyo X with your car, register it through CrateOnScene before the event for an opportunity to have your build reviewed for sponsorship.
Selected vehicles may be featured in DriverConnect – Featured Cars and receive an official sponsorship offer through CrateOnScene.
How to Register Your Car
- Create a free Driver account on CrateOnScene.
- Add your car to your Driver profile, including photos, build details, and your Instagram.
- Open the Tokyo X event listing and click **Register a Car**.
- Submit your car before event registration closes.
Once your vehicle is registered, Import Crate and CrateOnScene will review the application.
Some vehicles may be reviewed and approved before the event. You can also visit Import Crate at Booth Q-7 during Tokyo X to request an on-site review. Your vehicle must already be registered to the event through CrateOnScene.
What Happens If Your Car Is Selected
Approved vehicles appear in Tokyo X’s DriverConnect – Featured Cars section.
A few days later, selected drivers receive an official sponsorship offer from both Import Crate and CrateOnScene through the platform. Once the sponsorship is official, Import Crate and CrateOnScene appear on the driver’s public profile as sponsors.
Sponsored drivers can visit Import Crate at Booth Q-7 to pick up their sponsorship decal.
