How Import Crate Sponsored Driver Discounts Work

Import Crate sponsored drivers now receive a benefit they can use both online and when they see us in person: 15% off eligible Import Crate products.
We wanted the sponsorship program to provide something useful beyond a decal or a title. We also wanted the process to stay simple as the sponsored-driver roster grows.
How the Online Discount Works
The online sponsored-driver discount is connected to your Import Crate customer account. There is no individual promo code to remember.
1. Create Your Import Crate Account
Create a customer account on the Import Crate online store using the email address you plan to use when placing orders.
2. Contact Import Crate
After your account has been created, contact us through website chat, our Contact Us form, or Instagram and give us the email connected to that account.
3. We Activate Your Benefit
We verify your active sponsorship and activate sponsored-driver status on your customer account.
4. Shop Normally
Once activated, the 15% discount applies automatically to eligible products when our store recognizes your customer account.
If you shop using a different customer account or email address, the sponsored-driver benefit may not be recognized.
How the In-Person Discount Works
At Import Crate events, conventions, pop-ups, and other participating appearances, you do not need a physical membership card.
Instead, show our team your active CrateOnScene Driver Profile. If Import Crate appears as an active sponsor, we can verify your status and apply the sponsored-driver discount to eligible products.
Your Driver Profile Is Your Driver Passport
Your CrateOnScene profile connects your car, participation history, and sponsorship status in one place.
For Import Crate sponsored drivers, that profile now has a practical use in the real world: it can verify your active sponsorship when you visit us in person.
What Products Are Eligible?
The 15% benefit applies to most eligible Import Crate merchandise. Die-cast cars and certain specifically excluded products are not included because of their pricing and margin structure.
Additional exclusions may occasionally apply when specifically stated.
