Activate Your Online Sponsored Driver Discount

Your 15% online sponsored-driver discount is connected to your Import Crate customer account.

Step 1: Create your Import Crate customer account.

Before contacting us, create a customer account on the Import Crate online store using the email address you plan to use for your purchases.

Step 2: Contact Import Crate after your account has been created.

You can contact us through:

• Our Contact Us form
• The chat feature on the Import Crate website
• Instagram DM at @ImportCrate

When contacting us, provide the email address connected to your Import Crate customer account.

We will verify your active sponsorship and activate your account as an Import Crate sponsored driver.

Once activated, your 15% sponsored-driver discount will apply automatically to eligible products when you shop using that customer account. You do not need an individual discount code.

If you order using a different email address or customer account, the sponsored-driver discount may not be recognized.

Your CrateOnScene Driver Profile Is Your Driver Passport

Your active CrateOnScene Driver Profile serves as your sponsored-driver identification when you see Import Crate in person.

At Import Crate events, pop-ups, conventions, and other eligible activations, simply show our team your CrateOnScene Driver Profile.

Once we verify that Import Crate is listed as an active sponsor, we can apply your 15% sponsored-driver discount to eligible products.

No physical membership card or separate discount code is required.

Your Driver Profile also creates a visible record of your car, participation history, and active sponsorships, so keeping your profile current is important.

Get Your Official Import Crate Sponsor Decals

Active sponsored drivers are eligible to receive official Import Crate sponsorship decals.

You have two ways to get them:

Get them from us in person — free.
If you see Import Crate at an event, convention, pop-up, or other appearance, show us your active CrateOnScene Driver Profile and ask for your sponsored-driver decals. There is no charge when you receive them from us in person, subject to availability.

Have them mailed to you — $4.99 shipping and handling.
If you would rather receive your decals by mail, you can request them through our Sponsored Driver Access collection. The $4.99 charge covers shipping and handling for your sponsorship decals.

Sponsored-driver decal access is intended for active Import Crate sponsored drivers. We may verify your sponsorship through your CrateOnScene profile before fulfilling your request.

Keep Your CrateOnScene Driver Profile Current

Your CrateOnScene Driver Profile is the primary profile we use to review your vehicle, verify your sponsorship status, and consider you for future opportunities.

Your profile should include:

• Your name or driver identity
• Your sponsored vehicle
• Current vehicle photos
• Vehicle details and modifications
• Your Instagram or relevant social link
• Your current Import Crate sponsorship

---

What Import Crate Expects From Sponsored Drivers

Import Crate sponsorship is intended for active members of the car community who represent their vehicles, the community, and our brand appropriately.

While your sponsorship is active, we ask that you:

• Keep your CrateOnScene Driver Profile and vehicle information reasonably current
• Display official Import Crate sponsor identification when required for sponsored appearances or activations
• Represent Import Crate appropriately when publicly identifying yourself as an Import Crate sponsored driver
• Remain reasonably active in the automotive community
• Communicate with us when accepting a specific event, booth-car, content, or promotional opportunity

Import Crate sponsorship is not based solely on follower count or social-media activity. Vehicle presentation, participation, community involvement, attitude, and overall fit with Import Crate all matter.

Event and Booth-Car Opportunities

Being an Import Crate sponsored driver may give you access to additional opportunities as they become available.

Selected sponsored drivers may be invited to participate in:

• Import Crate booth-car appearances
• Featured vehicle displays
• Car shows and automotive events
• Import Crate photo and video content
• Sponsored-car features
• Special event activations
• Product or merchandise support connected to a specific activation

These opportunities are offered separately and are not guaranteed as part of the standard sponsorship.

Event admission, travel expenses, booth placement, free merchandise, product support, and other additional benefits are only included when specifically offered by Import Crate for that opportunity.

---

Your Participation Creates More Opportunities

Import Crate sponsorship is designed to recognize drivers who actually participate in the car community.

Showing up at events, maintaining your vehicle and profile, participating in the community, and building a real participation history can help us identify drivers for future opportunities.

Your CrateOnScene Driver Profile helps keep that participation, sponsorship history, and recognition connected in one place.

---

Import Crate and CrateOnScene

Import Crate is your sponsoring business.

CrateOnScene provides the platform we use to manage sponsorship applications, driver profiles, sponsorship status, event participation, and sponsorship history.

CrateOnScene provides the platform. Import Crate provides the sponsorship.
