Car Scent Auto-Delivery FAQs

Which car scents are available for auto-delivery?

Auto-delivery is currently available for selected Import Crate car scents, including Fresh Box, Fresh Box Anime Edition, and Fresh Box Charcoal. Additional product lines may be added over time.

Can I choose a different scent later?

Your recurring order continues with the scent selected when auto-delivery is set up. To switch to a different scent, update the subscription through your customer account when that option is available, or cancel the existing subscription and start a new one with your preferred scent.

Can I change my delivery frequency?

Yes. Available delivery schedules are shown on each eligible product page. You can manage your subscription schedule through your Import Crate customer account.

How much do I save?

Eligible auto-delivery products include subscriber savings on every recurring delivery. The exact discount is shown on the product page before checkout.

Is shipping charged on each delivery?

Shipping is calculated for each recurring order. Current free-shipping terms apply whenever an order qualifies.

Can I order more than one scent?

Yes. You can set up auto-delivery for more than one scent or product. Each selection follows the quantity and delivery schedule chosen when it is added.

Can I skip, pause, or cancel?

Yes. You can skip an upcoming delivery, pause your subscription, or cancel through your Import Crate customer account.

What happens if a scent becomes unavailable?

As the official distributor, we normally keep eligible car scents in stock. If your selected scent is temporarily sold out when your recurring order is processed, shipment may be delayed until the item is restocked. We will not replace it with a different scent without your approval.
